We ask guests to book ahead to ensure we can provide a full choice of
timing and treatments.

Arriving for your Appointment
Please arrive for your first appointment at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

Timing
Arriving late may result in your treatment being shortened but we will do our best to ensure that no treatment benefits are lost.

Payments
Credit card details will be taken at time of booking. No charges will be taken before you have checked out of the spa or in line with our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy
Please advise us of cancellation 24 hours prior. If less than 12 hours notice is given 50% of the treatment booked will be charged. If you are running
late, we may not be able to perform the full service, but you will be charged the full fee.
